Historic McKinney Soccer will use the World’s Most Popular Game to promote Historic Downtown McKinney, local events & locally owned businesses on game days and throughout the year while giving back to our community on many different levels.  Players, Coaches and Front Office Staff will make hundreds of player appearances in the community while the club raises awareness & money for local charities and community organizations as part of our Community First Strategy.  Players will be a combination of professional players, aspiring pros and college players from McKinney & surrounding area who come home for the Summer. The Front Office team will be a combination of sports management professionals and interns from McKinney ISD, UNT School of Sports Management, Collin College and McKinney residents who return home from college for the Summer.  Historic McKinney Soccer is committed to helping local players pursue their professional soccer dreams and interns/executives pursue their Sports Management careers. The season will run May through July.  While the games are only played during May through July, Historic McKinney Soccer will have year round Front Office Executives who support, promote and participate in all the Downtown McKinney events throughout the year while building soccer with great local companies and organizations.
